Scrimmage40 mins

11v11 scrimmage with directional play. Varsity is working in 4-3-2-1 formation and JV is playing in 4-4-2. Keepers are in 8x8 boxes, and the only way to score is to chip into the keepers hands after you've crossed midfield. Play with this limitation for 20 minutes. Then put keepers in goal and play regular scrimmage for 20 more minutes.
