PASSING: CONE KNOCKDOWN
10 yards apart. One ball per two. Alternate feet
Pass the ball with the inside of the foot and attempt to knock the ball off the cone
If the player successfully knocks the ball off the cone, they get a point. Then they go and put the ball back on the cone. The opposite player now attempts to knock the cone over

FINISHING MAKE THEM RUN
Two teams. Play for time then switch roles
Player #1 passes out to Player #2. Player #2 takes a touch and finishes inside of the arc
Switch lines
Shot must be taken inside arc for goal to count
If a player scores, the opposing team sprints to the 18 and back.
Progression 1 touch finish

CONE KNOCKDOWN TEAM
Play 3v3 or 4v4 and attempt to knock the balls off the opponents cone. If successful, the cone ball remains off the cone. If a team knocks all three balls off the cones, they win.
