Instructions: keep away 4v1 max 3v1 min
Coaching Points/Questions: is your ankle locked(heal down toe up)? how can i help the player on the ball(move closer or move away)? can u see the ball(yes good no how would you fix it)? are you in the defenfers shadow(behind the defender not able to recieve the ball)?

rumble in the jungle
Organization:4 corners in different colors soccer balls in central location
Instructions: four teams of players have to collect as many soccer balls as possible one at a time. after the player gets the soccer ball they must go back to their corner and then their partner may begin the activity
Coaching Points/Questions: monitor entry touches to moves making sure they arent going too fast and missing out on the move focus on quality over speed
Regressions/Progressions:first two times is just getting the hang of the game only one player at a time can go
next two you must only dribble like messi (aprox 40 seconds each round deppends on how many soccer balls you have)
next two you must only dribble like ronaldo
next two you must do 4 ball rolls in order to enter your corner
next two you must do two scissors in order to enter
next two you must do two step overs in order to enter
last two you use inside outside dribbling to get back
once you get this done you can move to if there are no soccer balls you can go and steal them from another team make sure again its only one at a time.

stay away from coach
Organization: two endzones created different colors to make it easier to see the objective
Instructions: get from one side to the other without coach taking the ball
Coaching Points/Questions: what touches do i take when coach is right infront of me? (small)
what touches do i take if i have space? (big) what kind of touch do i take if i want to get away from coach? (big) answer why every time to make sure they understand
Regressions/Progressions:
if you do a move we worked on, on me i will not be able to take your soccer ball away if your succesful twice you can save one of your teammates that got caught by coach if you want have an area where you send players away if they get caught to do a required skill like ten boxes or 10 rolls what ever youd like.
