The focus of this practice is to develop the technique of players when required to set with one touch back to the same player OR if they can lose their marker and open up their body to play forwards.
The practice works from unopposed to then opposed to incorporate the players communication and decision making skills depending on whether they have a player opposing them or not.

Set Up
Group A
- Player at each end steps into the middle onto the mannequin
- Player at end passes the ball in to the player on the mannequin who SETS WITH ONE TOUCH back to the same player that passed them the ball.
- Player that sets goes to back of the line whilst the player that passed in goes to the mannequin.
