Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Even and uneven situations session
Description
This session will be Anaerobic session focused on mainly last third of the pitch. There are 3 principles we want to use in order to score the goal.
Rotations: 75min session - each team will be with Vlad for 35 mins working on last third and 35 mins with Jakub working on 1v1s and 2v2s

Last Third (35 mins)
Game based exercises focused on the play in the last third of the pitch.
We are looking for 1v1 actions from the wings, cross from crossing area, and give and goes in the central area.
Look for the positions in these specific phases of the game.
1v1 - isolate the player in the wide area - #4 OR #5 is in the crossing space in case the wing would lose the ball or support.
Grey zone - Crossing space
Red zone - goal area
Yellow zone - 2nd ball area

SSG (20 mins)
SSG played as champions league style - winning team meets another winning team and losers are playing against each other. 2 mins game - 30s break
Coaches focus:
Attacking Principles
Movement between the lines and create numerical advantages ( players must see when we don't have good number in the middle space
Playing forward to break the lines (if possible)
Compact play - players on the weak side must be connected and get the width at the right moment
Confidence to finish - 1v1, 1-2s and look for second ball finish

1v1/2v2 Drill (15 mins)
A drill focused on 1v1 and 2v2 skills. One player from the team in a possession will dribble in and plays against another player from the opposite team. When the firs ball is out of bounce, the team in possession will add a second ball by passing to the teammate already playing. After adding the second ball, one player on each side will join and the game progresses to 2v2 action. After that, the play resets and we start over.
2mins games - 30s break
It is going to be played as a competition for 4 mins. The winning team will meet another winning team from the opposite field since we will do the same activity on two fields beside each other.
Principles:
1v1 challenges - change of speed, quick transitions.
