WHEN? WHEN OPPONENTS DEFENDERS HAVE POSSESSION INSIDE THEIR FIRST/DEFENSIVE THIRD WHEN PLAYING OUT FROM THE BACK.
WHY? THIS IS A PROBLEM AS WE ARE NOT PRESSING AS A UNIT TO WIN THE BALL AS CLOSE TO THE OPPONENTS GOAL AS POSSIBLE AS WE ARE NOT PRO-ACTIVE IN BPO.
SESSION OBJECTIVE: IN THIS SESSION I AIM TO IMPROVE PRESSURING AND DISRUPTING POSSESSION OF THE OPPONENTS DEFENDERS WHEN THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO PLAY OUT FROM THE BACK IN ORDER FOR THEM TO MAKE ERRORS DUE TO PRESSURE BEING APPLIED AND CAPITALISE AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE TO THEIR GOAL AND SCORE.
