Coaches don't need to coach, just keep the game moving. Encourage the players to take players on.

Technical Block - Defender in Front Moves
Action:
Players dribble around in the area performing Defender in Front Skill Moves. Go about 60-90 seconds each move
Skill Moves:
Lunge (L/R) (x2) / Rollover (L/R) / Scissor (L/R) (x2)
Inside/Outside (L/R) / Shuffle (L/R)
Coaching Points:
Perform move slow to get the correct technique mastered, then try performing move at increased speed. Explosive movements once skill move is performed to break away from the defender

1v1's with Modified Pressure
Action:
Defending Player passes ball to the Attacking Player, Attacking players tries to beat Defending Player who is adding modified pressure (progression - add full pressure)
Coaching Points:
Change of speeds, timing of move, exaggerate movements to get defender to bite, explosive movement to beat defender

Attacking Principles - 2v1
Setup:
25yrds depth x 20 yrds wide (2 setups), 2 Attackers vs 1 Defender, 6x2minutes (3x defending, 3x attacking). 2 teams compete against each other.
Goal:
Possession to create chances and score goals
General Principles:
Unbalance / Disorganize the opponent and exploit the opponent w hen unbalanced/ disorganized.
Team Tactical Principles:
Spread out, Pass or Dribble forward when possible, Create Diagonal passing lines, Create 1v1 or 2v1.

4v4 / 5v5 Play
Setup:
2 teams play against each other in a 20x30 grid.
Goal:
Possession to create chances and scoring goals (your coaching point will come from these moments, how can you create chances, how can you finish the chance)
Team Tactical Principles: 1. Spread out 2. Pass or dribble forward when possible 3. Create 1v1 or 2v1 4. Get numbers forward 5. Create diagonal passing lines
Key Qualitites of the player: 1. Optimal technical performance 2. Optimal physical performance 3. Make autonomous decisions 4. Takes initiative
