Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed. The drills are designed to be fun and competitive.

Organization:
- players split into 4 groups 3 (or 3 groups of 4)
Procedure:
- players race through 4 stages of the obstacle course performing a variety of fundamental skills (i.e.: forward/backwards running, skipping, hopping, bear-crawls, frog jumps, lateral shuffles etc.)

Organization:
- players split into 2 groups
- 18 x 10 yrd grid
Procedure:
- The coach passes a ball between the 2 players. The players run and fight for the possession. The player who wins the ball becomes the attacker and tires to turn and dribble into the one of the 2 gates.
Coaching Points:
- creativity
- battle for the ball when you don't have

Organization:
- 20x10 grid
- Objective of drill is to learn how to strike the ball and recover back to defend the goal.
- Player A starts off the drill by running with the ball through the gates. Once he is in box he must take a shot on the empty net before running back to his goal to defend Player B's shot.
- Player B will commence his run once player A has taken his shot on net.
- Play is continuous going without stopages where possible.
Coaching Points:
- Accuracy before power
- Part of foot when striking
- Recovery run back to defend goal
- Speed of Play = fast

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind
