Attack V Def in and around the box

Attack work on shifting the ball from one side to another with a overlap into a cross and finish

Attacks to start from both sides

Add a second ball for reaction finish

Def work on shuffling and getting upto the ball unopposed until the slide down the side for the cross. 

Def then defend zones and take up key areas and defend first with bodies on the line. Play until ball is dead

Def need to scan shoulders and work with GKs to def drive, lofted and pullback deliveries to be hard to break down. 

Body positioning and being vocal throughout.
