A. Two rectangular grids, 12 x 15; 5v1 inside the grid. Team of 5 keeps the ball, but players have to take a minimum of 3 touches before passing. Encourage players to move/run with the ball while protecting it from the defender.
Defender changes when attacker takes less than 3 touches or loses the ball to the defender. Have the defender hold the pinnie in their hand to encourage quick transitions.
B. Open up the whole space and play 6v2 (or 3). Have defenders ready and change on the fly, when defenders win the ball they must pass to the coach. Coach plays the new ball in.

Technical Warm-Up (10 mins)
All players with a ball, divided between the four orange cones (have multiple stations for decreased wait times).
Complete various dribbling exercises, dribbling out and around the red cone in front of them or turning before the red cone.
After players are familiar with the activity, finish with a relay between the four groups.
If time permits, add a defender inside the box with the four red cones. Have players look for opportunities to dribble around the red cone. If the defender is too close, have the players turn.
Add another defender for an added challenge.
