Organization: 20x30 Grid divided in half. 4 equal lines at the red cones 2 blue Cones placed at half way and two yellow at far line.
Instructions: A and B in each grid will make eye contact, upon eye contact A starts a run towards the yellow cones on the other end of field, as B closes down space forcing A to turn or perform a start/stop and continue to yellow cone. Once B has closed down space they must stay on line, even if the A player turns to yellow cone diagnal.
If Player A is able to continue straight run to cone they recieve 1 point, if a turn is performed and player A gets to the diagnal cone they receive 3.
Players will reverse rolls and direction each time through.
Timed play and up/down regulation.
Coaching Points/Questions: Can we identtify where the defender is coming from.
Can we choose the proper time to perform move dependent on direction of defender.
what pace should we be at.

Organization:Same as Grid as above. Remove yellow and blue cones add puggs as shown. Player a with a ball.
Instructions: Player A has ball and on their first touch play starts. Player A is to dribble to score in either pug on opposite side of grid. Player B is not allowed to start until first touch has been made by player A. Player B is to approach attacker forcing them to perform a start/stop or turn to continue to try and score. If B steals the ball they are allowed to score on goal at start end line.
Coaching Points/Questions:
Regressions/Progressions: Player B will be intitial pressure to start, once skill has performed the defense drops off. The play will progress to fully oppoesed aloowing defenders to score once ball is stolen.

Organization: 20x30 grid. every player with a ball. Juggling to start
Instructions: As players arrive they are presented with different juggling challenges. After all players arrive players will move around grid using different touches, using other players with balls as potential defenders, each player is to perform a trun and move into open space.
Coaching Points/Questions: Can we identify which direction the defender is coming from. What turn/stop-start will get me into the space allowed. Can I identify the time to make the turn. After Turn how do we move into the allowed space.
Regressions/Progressions: Inside Chop/ Outside Chop, Pull Backs, Scissors/Double Siccors, Ronaldo Chop, Stop/Start, Pull Back Push
