Dynamic Stretches
1. Legs apart, bounce L, C, R (5x)
2. Calves 1, 2, 3 switch (2x each leg)
3. Knee to chest into Figure 4 with footwork in between (2x each)
4. Quad strech with footwork in between (2x each)
5. Speed skater with footwork in between (2x each)
6. Spiderman/Rollback (4x each)
7. Reverse RDL + Reverse lunge + Overhead reach (4x each)
8. Open/Close the Gate (4x each)
9. Lateral lunge (2x each)
10. Squat Jumps (4x each)

Objective: improve our passing and receiving as well as supporting the ball.
Organization: players organized as shown in diagram approximately 7 yards between each group of players.
Instructions: P1 passes to P4, P4 lays it off to P2/P3 supporting, P2/P3 play to P5 who wall passes with P4 and then P5 dribbles to back of the P1 line.
Variations: (1) P1 to P2/P3, back to P1, P1 to P4, back to P2/P3 (whichever one didn't lay it off to P1), P2/P3 to P5, P5 wall pass with P4 and dribble to back of the line; (2) P1 to P2, P2 to P3, P3 to P4, P4 to P1, P1 to P5, P5 wall pass with P2 then dribble to back of the line.
Coaching Points: (1) quality of passes, (2) quality of receiving and layoff, (3) movement and timing of support.

Instructions: play 7v7, must invite a midfielder into the attacking third in order to score. Anyone can get invited forward. Restarts from the gk every time.
Variations: (1) unlimited touch, (2) two touch only in the middle third, (3) extra point for D overlap, (4) extra point for defender directly to the forward.
Coaching Points: (1) breaking lines with our passes, (2) join the attack to create overload, (3) go forward.

Rondo 8v2 (10 mins)
Objective: mental and physical activation game for the training session.
Set-up: 10x10 grid. 10 players.
Instructions: players play 1 touch keep away. If the defenders win the ball they drop the vests and transition quickly into the possession.
Timing: Play 4 minutes, stretch on their own 2 minutes, play 4 minutes then go into dynamic stretch.
Coaching Points: (1) quality of passes, (2) receiving the ball open across our body, (3) proper passing and receiving, movement to fill in spaces, fast transitions from defending to attacking and from attacking to defending.
