KING OF THE COURT
Start with one player in the middle of the field without a soccer ball. All other players have a ball.
Dribbling players must STAY OUT of scoring zones and dribble their ball throughout the field. Player without a ball must steal another player's ball and dribble it and stop it inside either of the 'scoring zones'
Players can try to get their ball back before it enters the scoring zone.
Once a player has their ball stolen, they must put on a scrimmage vest and help steal other player's balls.
The last player left is the KING OF THE COURT.
Play several times.
COACHING PTS:
Players should keep their ball close and:
Use changes of direction (pull back, inside cut, outside cut)
Use multiple surfaces of their feet to evade enemies
Shield their ball using their bodies

2v2
Split a field in two. Play 2v2 on the field with 2 wide goals for each team.
Team scores points by dribbling through either of the two wide goals and stopping it in the shaded area. Defenders cannot go into the shaded area.
Rotate substitutes as needed or required.

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Play 4v4 with Substitutes as needed.
Players must stop the ball on or past the end line under control to score a point.

Technial Warm-Up (20 mins)
Dribbling Technical Warm-Up
Place players in groups of two behind cones in the set-up above. Have them dribble to the cone and return using the various styles below (2-3 minutes each):
1.) Dribble to and AROUND cone using the inside surface of foot
2.) Dribble to and AROUND cone using the outside surface of foot
Dribble AT cone and perform:
1.) Pull Back
2.) Inside Cut
3.) Outside Cut
Dribble at cone, between the 'gate' and across to the other side of the field (see lower part of diagram for example).
Variation: Add an additional cone in the middle (see orange cones in diagram) and have them weave through them during the activities above. This will force them to have more control.
