Cops vs Robbers (20 mins)

COPS & ROBBERS 

Explaination

- all players have a ball

- corner areas are safe zones 

- two players in the middle (cops) without a ball 

- players (robbers) must dirbble in between the safe zones without being caught, if they are caught, they must go to prison next to the coach (black) 

- to get out of prison they must to 10 toe taps then they can join back in 

- if players stay in a safe zone for more than 10 seconds they have to go to jail

Coaching Points

- Encourage risk vs reward 

- Encourage fast pace dirbbling 

- Encourage the kids to make thier own decisions 

Progression 

- make areas bigger - more distance to run between safe zones 

- add an extra cop
