2. Player 2 receives the pass behind cones & opens to right with good first touch past the cones on angle forward. Player 2 then passes ball back to player 1; he then follows his pass and goes to the end of the line.
3. After a few minutes of going right; switch going to the left
Progressions:

Activity:
1. Players in two corners start with short pass to middle player, middle player then switches ball with pass to opposite corner
2.The corner player now plays a long pass to his teammate in the far corner
3. Continue the cycle - short pass to middle; middle pass to opposite corner, then long pass
4. Players follow their passes
5. Middle player is to show on angle. Remember can the middle player play open and forward to opposite corner
Progession:
1. We will progress to a give and go with end player playing back to middle player with one touch and then get the ball back.

Organization:
Full gym; play 4 v 4 pinnie vs non pinnie ; play with 3 defenders staying in the defending half and 1 attacker playing in the attacking half; 2 cones at the goaline with a ball on each cone
Activity:
1. 3 Red defenders in their half play 3 v 1 versus Blue player; must make 3 passes and then look to play forward to Red player in attacking zone; if Blue wins the ball he can try to score point by knocking ball of the cone
2. Attacking Red player receives ball and tries to score point by knocking one of the balls off the cone
3. Attacking Red player is allowed to play back to his defenders; if he does, the defenders must once again play 3 passes before sending the ball back in to the attacking zone
4. If attacking Red player scores or if the ball goes out or misses the soccer balls; play restarts with Blue
team
5. Continue play with Blue vs Red
Progressions:
1. once ball is played forward to attacking player, one defender can join the attacker to try and score
2. if attacking player plays back; ball can immediately be played back to attacking player
Key Coaching Points:
1. Passing/Receiving coaching points/factors
2. Attacking principles - create width and depth to attack forward
