1v1 Transition

1v1 Transition (20 mins)

Players in lines on opposite sides. The coach chooses one side to start attacking and one to start defending. Players go on a 1v1; once the play is done (goal or ball out of bounds), the attacker becomes a defender, and a new attacker comes from the opposite team. The defender gets the ball and goes back to their line. This attacker will later be a defender after the play is done. It keeps going back and forth. If the defender wins the ball, they can try to score. Make it a competition between the teams.
