12 x 20 (Players as shown)
-Encourage move worked on in previous week but also encourage creativity in something entirely new
Instructions:
- Defender (blue) passes / serves to attacker (white).
- Attacker scores by dribbling through gates
-(Can either have players score by dribbling through two outside gates which will potentially increase chances of success for the attacker, or have players score by dribbling through the middle gate which will enforce cutting behind the defender once they have beaten them.)
- Defender scores by stealing ball and scoring
- Players switch lines
- First player to 10 wins, switch fields.
Coaching Points:
1. Controlled approach driving at defender's front foot.
2. Timing / Exaggeration of move - just outside tackling radius / shoulder, knee, eyes
3. Body shape - low centre of gravity
4. Eyes up, identication of space, change of speed, angle of next touch to set up for next movement.
5. After execution of skill, must cut behind defender to close off their angle of approach.

Organization:
-Every Player with ball in 20x30 grid
Instructions:
PART I:
-Players are introduced to Messi and Ronaldo touches, choosing the correct time for each, ie close spaces use messi touches, open space use ronaldo touches.
-After a few minutes, challenge is introduced. Players now race to 50+ touches using Messi, Ronaldo, or a combination of the two.
PART II:
-Players dribble throughout area using any part of foot and wait for different commands
1) Change-When coach shouts change players must leave their ball and find a new one
2) Outside- When coach yells outside all players must dribble out of the boundary stop the ball and come back in.
3)Incorporate static ball-mastery such as toe taps, stationary scissors, etc
4) Can end with game where after every switch, a ball is taken out of the field, continually decreasing to where there is only one ball left and winner is the one who gets to it first.
Coaching Points:
-Head up to see available space
-Keep ball close when in crowded area (can you take a touch every step you take)
-If see good area of space take bigger touch/accelerate into it
-Use correct dribbling technique (pinky toe touches, knee over ball)
Progressions:
-If lose ball outside of area, or hit another player/ball you lose 10 counts in race to 50.
