Attacking 4V2
3 defenders - 1 central & 2 wide (2 defenders at a time)
Defenders rotate clockwise
Attackers start with ball
Play rondo to get through first defender & to striker
Striker is pressed by secondary defender
All players attacking push up with play
Key Factors & Progressions:

Ruthless in front of goal - this is a finishing activity
Attack crosses - back post
Play ball back to switch if shot isn't there
Decision making

Teams play 4V3 + 2
Support players must stay in shaded area to support the attack
If attack is stalling support player can move to cross box to deliver a diagonal through ball
This is a trigger for players on the opposite side to attack goal
Defenders stay compact and clear wide if they win ball
Attackers can play combinations to beat defenders, give & goes
Attackers can make runs to open up passing lanes & also be sent through inbetween defenders
