Staying on the ball - 2v2 with Target players (25 mins)
Organisation - 2v2 in the middle with 2 target players at either end. Players are encouraged to keep possession of the ball and stay on the ball.
Player in the middle - Try to read the triggers to move and support TM's, Stay on the ball when no passing options.
Target players - When your team are in possesion you have control of the 2 target boxes, If you feel moving into the other box will help your team to find you then the other target player must move into the box you left.
P - Don't allow players to play back out to the player who played the ball in.
P2 - The team in possessions target player has to drop into the back area and is now screened by the other target player who can stop the pass through to you. ( 2 points if you get it to target player first team to 10 )
