Explanation
12 players split into 2 teams with 2 goalkeepers. When in possession aim is to pass around the on coming defenders making at least 5 passes before taking a shot. If a goal is scored you retain possession. If the defender wins the ball he transitions into his own box and the opposition team then must send in a player to try and regain the ball.
