Shuttle Runs (10 mins)- Divide players into 4-5 groups- Place four cones to run for each group with 2 meters away each other- Players are supposed to run forward and back, starting 2-1, 3-1, 4-1 and sprint to the lineSpecific Coordination and Strength on the Ball (10-15 mins)
- Set-up: Divide players into 5-6 groups and place a ball for each group 10 metres away
- Process:
1- Run towards the ball and go over it without touching. Come back for two metres and repeat it.
2- Repeat the first one and add toe taps on the ball (Four touches)
3- Repeat the second one and add scissors
4- Repeat the third one and add a plank for 5 seconds
