Pressure, support, balance, delay forward pass and movement.
Physical:
Short sharp bursts of speed, balance & strength. Aerobic & anaerobic.
Psych/ Social:
Commitment win tackle work rate.
Coaches Comments:
Good session linked all 3 areas. i.e. defending from from front delay as long as possible, middfield closing door. ie. passing channels forward. played at a high tempo. forward play was also to a high standard.communication was probably the biggest weakness.
