The team has been struggling transitioning through midfield, this exercise will help a smooth transition into a goal scoring opportuntiy. It will lessn the gap between the defense and forwards by forcing midfield play.
The session will start with a passing warm up and finish with an attacking switch exercise utilising the 6 and 8 as jokers to undertake a midfield distribution.

4 players on 1, 2, 5, 8
Player passes 1 to 2 then breaks off to 3 to receive a pass from 2
Player then lays off 4 and takes up 2 position
Then follow sequence as shown
