BLOCK 2: 4 MINUTES
Blue team look to attack the box through lanes 1 and 5 to hit penetrative crosses while maintaining attacking balance and players in the box. While also looking for drop passes to CM's for crosses from lanes 2&4. White team will only be on the ball for 10 seconds, if they score they can play out again.
Key Coaching points:
Ball speed and positive ball play.
Runs to penetrate the attacking zones.
Players to attack the box once the ball goes wide.
Score.
Counter press once ball has been lost.
Can still cross from lanes 2&4 - Bigger impact on this.

We're just going to play the four minutes, no corners, ball restarts with GK, open play for the last four minutes, whoever ball it is keeps it. White still limited now to 15 seconds.
