Coach says "go" and players opposite (one with ball one without) advance towwrds each other using feints and fakes to gain advantage.
Progressions:
1.Attacker fakes right or left and tries to reach cone before defender. Attacker can not change mind once headed to cone.
2.Attacker can change mind after headed to cone and go to other.

Attacker chooses which goal to attack. If attacker scores then they return to collect 2nd ball and attack different goal. If defender stops attacker then roles are reversed.
CP's
1.Be deceiptive.
2.Quick to change direction.
3.Keep ball moving.

1v1 or 3v1 to 2 goals.
Progression:
1.Defender passes to attacker who must dribble and then decide which goal to attack/shoot in.
2.Coach plays ball in to attacker with back to goal. Attacker may then combine with outside 2 neutral players in order to create scoring opportunity.
3.Coach plays ball into attacker form side and now attacker may combine with either neutral above or below (North and South) goals in order to score.
CP's

3.Change direction and change speed.
