Sessioon was aimed at getting the players into the mentality of shooting whenever there is an opening to do so. It is also geared at encouraging the players to get off quick shots without having to beat a defender as well as to shoot after a turn/as often as they can.

Organization:
- 18yard area used as the playing space.
- Players are divided into three groups and placed at the three gates numbered 1-3
- Each player with a ball
Instructions:
1. Player in line 2 has three seconds to get a shot off on goal.
2. That player then turns to play a give and go with player in line 2
3. Player in Line 2 MUST take a first time shot after playing give and go
4. After shot, player two must quickly turn to be a defender in a 1v1 situation with player in line 3
5.Players return to the back of their line whenever they complete required actions
6. Play for 3-5 mintues then rotate lines
7. Player keep score and line with the most goals win
Coaching Points:
1. Players must select appropriate shooting surface depending on the type of shot
2. Head up to observe goalkeeper and try to place ball away from him/her
3. Quick transition's after executing one task to ensure activity flows smoothly
4. Attackers should attack space whenever possible
Progressions:
1. Increase the distance

Organization:

- Players in Lines 1 & 3 are consider attacker
- Players in line 2 are considered the defending team
Instructions:
1. Lines 1 & 3 play a 2 v 1 game against a defender and goalkeeper from team in line 2
2. In the 2 v 1 game defender is only allowed to go forwards or sideways he/she is not allowed to go backwards.
3. After 2v1 scenario has ended defender then plays against a player from line 2 in a 1v1 situation
4. When play has ended Defender moves to become goalkeeper
5. Player from line two that started the 1v1 now becomes defender against a 2v1
6. Scenarios are rotated
7. Game runs for 3-5 mins. Then lines are rotated between groups
8. The group with the least about od goals conceded are the winners.
Coaching Points:
1. Players must select appropriate shooting surface depending on the type of shot
2. Attackers head up to observe defender and goalkeeper positions before making decisions
3. Quick transition's after executing one task to ensure activity flows smoothly
4. Attackers should attack space whenever possible
5. eye contact/communication between players in the 2v1 situation

- 5v5 + GKs
- Coach becomes referee
Instructions:
- Players are encourage to pass when the see an open player
- but to SHOOT whenever and as often as they can
Coaching Points:
- Players should communicate I'm open to teammates when they are in good positions
- Players should dribble when they see no option to pass with the intention of taking a shot
Progressions:
- Limited no. of touches - to encourage off the ball movement
- Create three teams and have a goal/game limit with teams rotating
