1. Scott - Passing through gate game.

Pass and move through gate - how many in 2 mins? can you beat previous score? no more than two touch. Miss the gate negative points.
2. Aldino - 2v1/ 3v1 and split grid, the player that does not play the pass across goes and recieves.
opening body, angle of pass, movement off the ball, communication, accuracy.
add time limits, reduce touches, change the player who supports, add points for getting one side to another.
3. Dennis - Y - Passing, A plays to B, B turns and plays to C, C dribbles to start. Everybody passes and moves to next spot. Next player starts and B turns the other way.
Head up, first touch, recieve, accuracy, weight of pass.
can add wall passes A-B-A-C, can change passing rotation. A-C-B.

5v3 recieving angles, first touch, opening body, head up, accuracy of pass, movement off the ball.
Limit touches, set passing targets, rotate defenders when they win the ball.
Progressions - add goals and targets, yellows to goal and blues to 3 target areas.

coach over the flow of the game or when you have a natural stoppage, DO NOT FREEZE. give direction not commentary for 15 mins then let them play naturally for last 15.
