Skill Practice (15 Minutes)

1. You will have two lines at opposite corners of the corner box.

2. Players from the first line will send a lofted pass over the cones to an in cutting player from the opposite line.

3.The passing player will join the line he passed the ball to.

4. The receiving player will focus on receiving the ball with tight control, preferably on the half turn. Then they will drive to opposite corner of box and exit.

5. Passing player will focus on getting the ball lofted over the cones to paly over a defensice line.

Variation: You can change the start point of the passing or receiving line to anywhere in the box. You can also allow the passer to dribble freely before the pass to force coordination of timing and movement.
