Setup:
40m x 30m area, with two 3m wide zones.
6 v 6 inside the area.
3 goals at each end, one central and other two in the wide zones.
Explanation:
Players score by finishing in the goals, 3 points for the wide goals, 1 point for the central goal.
To score in the wide goals a player must have received the ball in the wide zones.
Players have unlimited touches.
Progressions:
Player only have two touches to finish in the wide areas.
Players can't enter the wide areas until a pass it played into their.
Key points:
Can you be able to face forward when you receive a pass?
Can you find a one, two if you are unable to pass forward straight away?
Can you time you pass so the player is able to continue moving forward when they receive it?
Can you look to play a forward pass as quickly as possible?
Can you be in a position to receive a forward pass?

Setup:
15m x 15m diamond with a cone in the middle.
3 players at the top and bottom of diamond (A & B), 2 players at the rest of the cones.
Explanation:
Players pass in a counter-clockwise direction.
Players begin by passing to the player in at the central cone who plays a forward pass to the next player. Shown by diagram A.
Players follow their pass.
Progressions:
Change direction.
Players now pass to the outside, who then plays a one, two with the central player. Shown by diagram B. Players still make the same movements as they do after they pass.
Players can now decide whether they want to go with pattern A or pattern B.
