Rotation: Attacker->Rest->Defender->Attacker
Coaching Points:
Change of speed and direction. Sell your fakes.
2) Same activity but attacker has ball. Tries to score in gates.

Setup:
30x20
Activity:
Goalie distributes to 2 attackers versus 1 defender.
If goalie gets ball or defender wins ball, 2 counter-attackers join to go 3v2 the other direction.
Coaching Points:
Player with ball drive at goal. Create space for overlapping attacker.
Defender - close as fast as possible and then match speed going backward
GK - quick distribution for counter attack

Setup:
2 30x20 grids side by side with center goals.
2 teams of 5
Activity:
Play normal 3v3 and 2v2 side by side.
Player that scores must join other game, which creates unbalanced games (4v3 & 1v2)
Coaching Points:
Tactical decisions given the numbers up/down situation of your team:
Press because extra players? Possess with extra players?
Delay on defense to wait for help?

4v1->3v1 (20 mins)
The usual 4v1 & 3v1 progression. Then, add in protecting the ball after switching play.
Setup:
4 10x10 grids
2 Neutrals that support play
2 teams of 4, with a player in each grid
Activity:
Neutrals join attacker in grid to play 3v1. When possible they switch play to another grid and run to support play. Attacker must shield and protect ball until support arrives.
Coaching Points:
Runs of support players must be to where attacker can play.
Protect the ball with body and dribble into space.
Other grid players should be losing their mark and checking back to ball.
Progressions:
Add a 2nd ball, which would force more 1v1 shielding and dribbling in square.
Add a 2nd ball and 2 more neutrals, which forces more concentration to see where ball could be coming from.
