This game is played 5v5 in the grid with a safety player in at the bottom of the grid for each team.
The goal for the attacking team is to try and dribble across the opposing team's line
The goal for the defending team is to force the ball backwards to the safe player.
If the ball is played to the safe player, then whomever passed the ball to them must switch places with them.
The key here is to effectively pressure the ball to stop the ball from going forward. You will not be successful all the time, but the key is intensity, patience in the tackle, and moving your feet quikcly to ensure the most success.

Stopping the Turn
This session focuses on pressure that forces attacking players to go backwards.
In this activity the ball starts at the top with a server who plays a player in the grid who is going to receive the ball. This player will attempt to turn to go to goal.
The defender can close as tight as they want and the goal for the defender is to close the space and force the attacking player backwards and tackle if the attacker shows too much of the ball.
