*Split team into pairs or small groups
*One ball between group
*Player on outside to pass in to player in the middle, Player in middle to receive ball and pass out to different player.
PROGRESSION
*Each player on out side has a ball, Player on inside receives ball from player on outside and passes back out.

*Split team into 2 groups
*Players to pass around in marked area
*Red team to get the ball from one End Zone to the other using the players on the outside

*If coach plays into Zone 1, Blue team to make a number of passes and score in opposite goal.
