- 4v2+Gk numbers up in defending zone
- 2v4 numbers down in the attacking zone
Instructions: - one team to three small goals

- if ball goes out of play, restarted from coach
- 5min games, then switch numbers up/down players

Organization: - (20x20)
- field divided into thirds
- attackers score to small goals
- defenders score by dribbling past attackers endline
Instructions: -You start with 3 players in opposite sides (diagonal) the first team sends a player on the dribble while the opposite team sends a defender (gives you a chance to work on 1v1 - pressure) once the play is over the team that was defending sends and attacker into the field and so on until you have a 3v3. Make sure to always alternate the team that sends the player into the field.
-The team that just defended always sends in the extra player
