Session Objective: To improve support play
Organisation: 4v1 in a 10x10 square, players without ball have to move to the cone closest to the ball to offer support, encourage players to see where defender is before passing ball, and if possible play a 1-2. (defender may find it easy to defend if ball travels in same direction all the time).
Progressions: 2 or 1 touch football, use of weaker foot, tighter area

Session Objective: To improve support play
Organisation: 4v4 plus 2 feeders, players have to pass the ball about and offer support when off the ball, they are to work the ball into there feeder who will then re-start play by playing the ball back in to the other team, swap feeders every couple of minutes
Progressions: 1 Touch football, coach plays for team in possession to create overload, feeders are neutral and play back in to team who passed to him so teams are working the ball up and down the field.
