Technical Block: Lateral Gate Adjustments (18:35 – 19:05)
Setup:
A central goal with two mini-gates 3 yards outside each post.
Activity:
GK starts at a post.2. Sprint/Shuffle to the wide mini-gate and back to the center.
Coach serves a strike to the opposite corner.
GK must adjust footwork to reach and handle the ball.
Five reps per set, 3 Sets per GK.
Coaching Point: Focus on short, sharp steps. Avoid crossing feet during the lateral adjustment.

Physical/Aerobic Integration: The "Triangle" Recovery (19:05 – 19:20)
Setup: Three stations: (A) Central, (B) Left Angle, (C) Right Angle.
Activity:
GK receives a strike at (A).
Immediately "re-positions" to (B) for a second strike.
Immediately "re-positions" to (C) for a final strike.
Work/Rest: Perform 4 sets of 3-ball rotations per GK.
Physical Focus: This high-volume movement builds Aerobic Capacity by forcing the GKs to work under fatigue.
Adaptation: Use different coloured cones instead of A, B, C, to work on the GK's cognative skills.

Match Scenario: Cross-Court Re-positioning (19:40 – 19:55)
Setup: Two servers at the edge of the 18-yard box.
Activity: Servers pass the ball back and forth rapidly. The GK must stay "on the line" of the ball, re-positioning with every pass. On the coach’s whistle, the server with the ball strikes.
Coaching Point: The GK must be static (Set) the moment the server’s head goes down to strike.

Equipment:
Small Cones, Hurdle. Balls, Big goal. Poles.
Warm-up: Handling & Mechanics (18:15 – 18:35)
Setup:
Two GKs working at a time. Cones placed 2 yards apart in a "ladder" or "gate" format.
Activity:
GKs perform lateral shuffles through gates, coming to a "Set" position for a central volley/catch from the coach.
Physical Note:
Keep movement continuous to raise heart rates.
Coaching Point:
In the "ladder" version, the Goalkeeper Starts with a hurdle jump before moving through the cones.
Ensure the "Basic Set Position" is stable and hands are ready before the ball is struck.
