Organization: Set up cones to make 5x5m squares, 3-4 players per box
Duration: 10mins
Instructions: Players dribble around the outside of the box using outside cuts to turn, complete 5 revolutions. Switch direction so they are now doing inside cuts, 5xs. Switch to weak foot and repeat 3xs each direction.
Coaching points: Proper technique dribbling and sharp cuts.
