2nd Attacker - Support (Width, Depth & Breadth)
HOW & WHY & WHEN do we maintain possession? 3 minutes [Coach in the game] AND what is the trigger to then go forward with success?
Defending team, 1 player can only move into the attacking third. Attacking players can pass the ball through to the opposite side whenever they want to. On the coaches command, they may then allow 2 or 3 defenders in. The players will hear the command when it happens.
How should the opposite team be positioned? (Width, depth, breadth?)
How should the team with the ball be positioned? (Width, depth & Breadth?)
1st Progression - 4 minutes [Coach in the game]
Attacking team must make 5 passes before they pass it over to the other side. If they make it to the other side with a pass, they get 1 point, if they make it to the other side with a lofted pass, they make 3 points
2nd Progression - 4 minutes [Coach in the game]
Attacking team must still make 5 passes, but now, can an attacker from the opposing side drop into the middle 3rd to receive the ball. That player can only enter the middle third for 3 seconds to receive the ball, if they do to receive it, must get out of there. Defending team can add 1 player to defend every 2 successful passes.
When can the attacking players supply mobility?

Technical Coaching Points
Team in Red will be dribbling the ball around trying to stop the Team in Blue from making any successful passes. The Team in Red can not try and dispossess the ball, only make it hard for the Blue team to pass the ball.
Start with 2 reps at 60 seconds each to swap teams over. Count how many successful passes that they can make. This will be the amount that the other team must beat.
