Skill Practice (15 Minutes)
1. The two players behind the cones dribble and pass unopposed behind the cone until they are able to find a line breaking pass beyond the defenders.
2. The attacking players attempt to move and overload the defenders. Upon receiving the ball they should try to score on the small goals. (Cones can be used as an alternative).
3. Play is reset after the defender win the ball.
4. Switch out defenders and attackers every three balls.
Variations: You can have only one player behind the attacking cone instead of two passers if numbers dictate.

Key Coaching Messages - Technical Information (The
Mechanics)
Skill Practice (15 Minutes)
1. You will have two lines at opposite corners of the corner box.
2. Players from the first line will pass between the cones to a player from the other line cutting in behind the far cone.
3.The passing plyer will join the line he passed the ball to.
4. The receiving player will focus on not running behind the cone until the ball is passed.. He will then control and dribble the ball to the end of the box and then join the line that passed them the ball.
5. Passing player will focus on precision (location) and weight of the pass.
Variation:
You can change the start point of the passing or receiving line to anywhere in the box. You can also allow the passer to dribble freely before the pass to force coordination of timing.
