Organization:
Players in pairs with one ball
Instructions:
Defender - player in red is looking to steal ball away from partner
White is looking to protect the ball with body or use turns and moves
4 rounds x 30 Seconds & then switch partners for another 4 rounds
At end of each 30 seconds, whichever color has most possession gets 1 pt
Coaching Points:
- Shape to protect ball
- Arm out to feel defender
- Use of body and turns to get away from pressure

Organization:
4 Teams of 4-5
4 rds x 90 secs
Instructions:
White team plays across to red - this triggers the 1v1 - Red needs to find team mate and once ball is played the attacker has 7 seconds to score. If defender wins the ball he can play to his team mate for a point.
The two reds then switch and the two whites switch. Same game is played. One group attacks and one group defends.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Clear information of when and where you want ball
-Scanning - How to receive - Different options - Stay on the ball
Progressions:
P1 : When defender scores and finds team mate - now they go 1v1 with the attacking player to two goals - 7 seconds (can also be 2v1)
P2: Attacker can now bounce ball back to teammate and go 2v1 but they are limited to half the field
P3: Defender wins ball and plays to teammate to make it 2v2

6v6+1 Pressing Game
6 rounds x 90 seconds
Instructions:
Ball gets played in by coach to either side - once ball gets played in two players from opposite side can go and press - as the attacking group once they make 5 passes then they can score on wide goals
If pressing team wins the ball they can score in counter goal for two or they can turn to play to either team mates for one point
Coaching Points/Questions:
Ability to press the ball (sprint defend)
Hunt
Composure to connect after winning the ball (100to70)
Counter principles:
Quality in possession
Positional discipline
Regressions/Progressions:
P1: Three defenders can come to press
