Create equal teams 5v5 or 6v6 and each teams has 2 players play as target players on the outside of the area as shown. Target players start position in the corners of the area but can move along either sideline to the cone halfway to help create different angles. Play is 3v3 or 4v4 in the middle. If extra player, have play as a neutral player in the middle with limited touch.

Teams can score a point by passing & moving the ball from one end player to the other. End players cannot pass directly to other end player.

Progressions:

- Must make at least one pass between players in the middle before passing to other end for a goal.
