-Mark out a 14 x 14 yard field
-players play in the channel made by the cones
- 3 to 4 players per channel
- first player with the ball takes a touch to either side and the other 2 players move accorindingly to create trianle shape as shown by in channel A & B then the player passes the ball to furthest player and become a defender. the other 2 players play 2 vs 1.
- attackers get a point if either one of them dribbles the ball thruthe end line. the defender get 2 points by winning the ball and dribbling thru the endline on the oppsite side.
- Competition with promotion and relegation.

Organization
Mark out a regular 6v6 field to be 55X45 yards with build-out lines. Divide players into two teams of six. Each team plays a 1-2-3 formation Play for 30 minutes including one “halftime” (5 min.) using the Laws of the Game (LOTG) and according to the standards of play found in the U.S. Soccer Player Development Initiatives (PDIs).

Mark out two 16 x 24 yard fields. Teams play 3 v 3 on goals with goalkeepers. The attacking team’s keeper can help build the attack and even score goals. Play for 30 minutes with two breaks.
