Set up:
4 10 x10 mt boxes, 12 players
Instructions:
-) 4v1 in 2 boxes and a Target man is placed in the other 2 boxes.
-) After 4 passes, players can get their head up and find target man.
-) 3 players run to support target man.
-) Unlimited touches to begin.
Coaching Points:
-) Can you received with an open body shape (where palyer can see the ball, defender and his options)
-) Can you assess when to play first touch (when defender is close) or when to take more touches (when defender is far, we might get hold of the ball to witdraw him and create space behind him)
-) Can you pass and move quick to an space where player on the ball can pass to you.
-) Communication
Progressions:
-) Progress to 3 passes to play to target man.
-) When possible can you play one touch.

Set up:
-) place 3 flags in a triangle shape 25 mts from the goal line, flags are 3 mts apart from eachother.
-) 8 mts from the flags and towardfs the half way line place a gate for players A and 15 mts apart another cone for player C.
Explanation:
-) Ball star on player A who passess to B, player B play the ball to Player C, As soon as player B releases the ball and as its travelling, players B runs around the pole and makes a diagonal, player C plays the ball into space on the space and in the path of the diagonal run of player A, Player A received and finishes
Progression:
-) execute the activity from right and left side
-) Ask player A when he receives from C to finish first touch or two touches.
progression 2:
In this progression player C will receive the ball and dribble down the line to execute a cross.
Once player B has played to C he/she has to go around the furthest pole and run into the box to attack the cross.
