Set up: 25 x 25 circle and split the circle into 4 different segments with a goal on the outside of each segment. Play 4v4 in middle.
Format: Players can score in any of the 4 goals but must be inside the segment to score and players can move freely within the circle. If the defenders win the ball back, they must move into another area beforethey can score. If the team scores using a combination, it’s worth double points.
