Description
For ages 3-5 years (had to put u6 as youngest it would go) try to make sessions as fun as possible to keep the players interested.

Technical (25 mins)
Cars - using the characters to move around when music is on players are moving around Radior springs (route 66 in california):
Lightening mcqueen - Fast (point toes down use laces on boots/trainers)
Doc hudson - Slow ( using inside of boots/trainers)
Mater - backwards (using sole of boots/trainers)
When music stops foot goes on ball and players go to one of the following 3 corners that coach shouts.
Luigi garage - Toe taps to put more air into our tires
Sheriffs police station - foot on ball rolling it from heel to toe saluting the sheriff
Sallys hotel - do 6 circles round the ball (stepovers) once you done 6 fastest player to lie down and sleep get 1 point.

Fun Game (15 mins)
Frozen - Coach is marshmallow who is protecting Anna ice palace (the Goal). When coach turns round players can sneak up on him if marshmallow turns back round player puts foot on ball and stands very still like a statue If you get passed red line you can shoot your snowball (ball) at Annas Ice palace by scoring one goal each then sitting down holding ball on red line. Get coach to go down other side of hall and repeat game.
Get players to choose which character they want to be :- Elsa , Kristoff , Olaf , Sven , Hans and oakan.

Goals (10 mins)
Finish off letting the players score as many goals as they can going round the area at there own pace. Remind them to change direction and go to different goals using there FEET not there hands.
Try put out as many goals as possible even if you have to use cones.

When music is on (disney music) players are running around as different characters
Buzz lightyear - running fast - wings out , shooting lazers shouting buzz lightyear quotes "to infinity and beyond"
Woody - jumping/galloping - swinging his rope around shouting his quotes - "theres a snake in my boot" "your my favourite deputy" etc.
Slinky or ham - Hands and feet on floor knees off ground moving around on all four paws.
Lotso(badguy) - making alot of noise stamping feet etc "scaring" people.
