Nascar (15 mins)
Organization:
- Red light, green light
- 30x20 field
- One ball per player
Instructions:
- Players pretend to get into their car
- Make all the car noises as they dribble around the area
- Players dribble the ball around the area
- Coach will shout out the commands (red light, yellow light or green light)
- Red light stop
- Yellow light slow
- Green light go fast
