Organization:
triangle set up with cones, cones about 15yds apart, 6 or 7 players (works ideally with 7)
Instructions:
Player from first cone passes to player from second cone after they open up away from the cone (next players in line wait on the inside of the cone nearest to the center of the triangle),
Player from second cone takes 1st touch around their cone (and other player at the cone), then plays pass to player at third cone,
follow your pass and join the line at the next cone
continuous rotation

Instructions:
1st player makes initial pass as before, then receives a layoff back from the 2nd player
2nd player makes run around cone after layoff to receive the second pass (give and go)
2nd player passes to third player to start combination at next cone

Instructions:
Player 1 plays a pass into the feet of Player 2 - who is now posting up the next player in line to receive the ball at the cone with a player in his back.
Player 2 plays a doulbe pass with player 1 while shielding the ball from the defender
After playing the ball back to Player 1, Player 2 opens out into space to receive the ball back again.
Player 2 now takes first touch to get around the cone, and plays a pass to Player 3 to start the sequence again at the next cone.

Instructions:
2v2 in central area
team in possession attempts to play the ball wide to one of the targets and receive back to score
players ARE allowed to score multiple points in a row at the same target
defenders attempt to win the ball, and immediately start to combine with wide targets to score points
Coaching Points:

check shoulder to see defender before receiving
technique to receive based on how tight the pressure is
willingness to combine with teammates with short passes
draw defenders in then play away from area of high pressure

Organization:
10-12 players - 2 gks, 3v3 or 4v4 in central area, 2 targets positioned in wide area that will help the team in possession
Instructions:
3v3 in central area, attacking targets in attacking half of the field for each team
Once a target receives the ball at his/her feet, they are allowed to leave the wide area to help attack the goal
Wide targets cannot defend

wide players cutting inside with the ball to shoot or create for a teammate
Progressions:
far side target is also released from wide area when either target receives the ball

Dynamic Warm Up (15 mins)
Organization:
2 groups of 6 or 7 set up as shown, with each group split in to two lines facing each other approximately 12 to 15 yds away
Instructions:
players will either dribble across the area to give the ball to the next player in the other line, or pass across the area to the next player (each example is shown)
once the first player has played the ball to the next player in the opposite line (by dribbling or passing) he runs out to the 3 cones on the side of the area and side-shuffles to slalom through the cones,
once through the 3 cones the player will perform the dynamic movment (i.e. knees up, skips, etc.) to the next cone then get back in the nearest line
the next receiving player waits until the ball reaches him, then repeats in the opposite direction
Coaching Points:
quality of dribble, or touch and pass
quality of execution of dynamic movement
posture and balance when performing dynamic movement
