Objectives:
- Technical Turns and Movements
Organization:
- Players stay in their box, 1 player per side
- Number player 1-4
- On number they perform turn at middle cone and back to their side
Progression
- Outside / Inside turns with left and right foot
- Multiple turns - Perform 3 turns in a row and back to side
- 360 Turns - Finish with a 360 turn to the opposite side
- Coach calls number, that player leaves his ball and trys to hunt the other players balls

Objectives:
- Apply turns to keep ball in match environment
Organisation:
- 3 x 15 x 20 Areas
- 2 v 2 (1 Goal)
- 1 middle zone
- Game starts with ball in middle zone, coach calls color e.g. red, red team starts and tries to shield ball in middle area for 10 seconds, after 10 seconds game goes live. Restart from this position every 60 seconds.

- create 1v1 opportunities defensive and offensive
Organization:
- set up 2 pitches 3v3 4v4 in game phase
- allow free play
Coaching Points:
- goal side when out of possession
- closest player should pressure the ball
- encourage players to attack 1v1 when in possession and protect the ball in tight areas
- If coach shouts name that player has to shield ball for 5 seconds

Arrival activity 1v1 (20 mins)
Objectives:
- allow free play and time with ball
- create 1v1 attacking and defensive opportunities
- fun and engaging start to the session
Organization:
- as players arrive assign them a box
- they play 1v1 v partner and try to stop the ball on any line for a point
- Compete first to three points then swap partners within the box
- Players play 1v1/ protect and unutilise the ball more as opposed to shooting from distance and losing time with the ball
Discuss importance of using body to protect the ball and not concede possession.
