Organization
-3 channels with players on each side
-every player with a ball
-each channel has an end zone
Instructions
Stage 1:
1. making eye contact each player from opposite sides will dribble down the middle of the channel
2. players will perform skill moved based on the skill set
3. players will take an exit touch and move to opposite side
Stage 2 (semi opposed)
1. attacking player will start with ball
2. after a thumbs up defensive passing player will apply pressure on attacker
3. attacker must perform skill move against passive defender
Stage 3: fully opposed
1. attacker starts with ball and must go 1v1 to goal
2. if defensive player wins ball then they transition to score in opposite goal
3. make it competitive first player to score 3 goals wins 2 MVP points

Organization
30x20 field split into 3 channels
3 channels split in half with 2 big goals for GKS
2 pug goals at the corner of the field
Instructions
1. Attackers are split into two groups behind a cone in zone 1
2. Attackers must go 1v1 versus defenders placed in zone 2 & zone 3 and penetrate to goal vs GK
3. defenders defend inside their zone and if they win ball they must score in pug goals or shoot at GK
4. if attackers loses ball they can transition to win ball back

- team must set themselves with 3 lines of attack defense- midfield- forward
-observe game and let players make decisions
-if necessary step in and guide players on when to dribble, pass or shoot
-most importantly naturally enforce topic that was practiced on today's session

Principle of Play Week 1: Penetration
Player must recognize the moment when to find space behind the defensive block. Players must be confident in their technique to take a player 1v1 and how to unbalance the defender in order to explode into available open space.

Phase 1
1. Players in the middle with a ball will pass to an outside player
2. Receiving player will perform desired skill move while passive defender applies pressure
3. player with ball will dribble through center square to find another player
Phase 2
1. players in the inside must pass to a player on the outside then open up body shape in open space
2. player that received the ball must pass back to player's back foot
3. make it into a competition (how many passes can a player make in 30 seconds intervals)
4. rotate players in possession and edge players after each round
