DESCRIPTION:

  • 熱身

AIMS:

  • 防止球員受傷
  • 用球熱身,由慢到快

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 紅衫隊先開始, 藍衫隊在身後自由走動,紅衫球員需面對藍衫球員,留意其加速,左轉右轉等動作
  • 紅衫及藍衫互換位置

1V1 防守訓練 (1) (20 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

  • 防守球員需1V1阻止攻方入球

AIMS:

  • 教導球員1V1防守時的動作,身體方向

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 半場內設立2個五人龍門, 先由藍衫隊做進攻,向前推射龍門,當藍衫隊完成射門後,紅衫球員會變成進攻球員,藍衫隊員要由攻方變成守方, 當紅衫隊完成進攻,藍衫隊會馬上反擊,紅衫隊要阻止藍衫入波
  • 防守球員需1V1面對攻方
  • 半場內1V1,防守目標阻止攻方射入身後的球門。如成功搶截皮球後反攻對方龍門

1V1 防守訓練 (2) (30 mins)

DESCRIPTION:

  • 防守球員需學習在1V1及1V2阻止攻方入球

AIMS:

  • 教導防守球員由1V1 變成1V2應如何應對

BEHAVIOURS:

  • 半場內設立2個五人龍門, 先由藍衫隊做進攻,向前推射龍門,當藍衫隊完成射門後,紅衫球員會變成進攻球員,藍衫隊員要由攻方變成守方, 當紅衫隊完成進攻,防守隊會再派出多一位球員做成馬上反擊,紅衫隊要阻止藍衫入波
  • 由1V1 -> 1V2

  • 攻方球員

  • 快速遮住己方龍門做成ball - man - goal 保護龍門
  • 引導對方推向邊路, 阻止對方有機會傳球給隊友
