Set Up:

1.) Mark out a 30 yard diameter circular field

2.) Place four goals as in the diagram

3.) Four teams of three

4.) One player from each team starts on the pitch

5.) Each team has three lives

6.) Coach always starts the game with a pass into the circle

7.) Each one of the players trys to compete to win the ball and score

8.) If your team concedes a goal then you switch with a new player from your team and your team loses a life
